Ten follies for Paris suburb
In a suburb of Paris, Carrières-sous-Poissy, three little buildings and ten follies will be build next to the Seine. The architecture practices AWP Architects and HHF Architect have made the design for the construction, that will have different purposes.
The mission for the architects was to design a information centre for the locals of Paris. The centre gives information about the landscape around the city Paris. There will also be a restaurant and a few follies with different functions. All the buildings and follies will be made of wood and will exist of an concatenation of 'houses' that will be placed next or on top of each other.
The buildings and follies will be build in a park at the Seine, close to Le Corbusier, designed by Villa Savoye.
