Vienna (OTS), in the construction and operation of its buildings, IG Immobilien aims to fulfil the standards of the international DGNB Certificate of ÖGNI. Recently, the Marina Tower, the Campus Lodge and Motel One have been precertified.

 

 

Motel One, located in Ausstellungsstraße, is the first Viennese hotel to be distinguished by ÖGNI. Then there is the Campus Lodge residential project: due to its impressively high quality standards, it is the first residential building project in Vienna to gain the international award. "The projects have been characterized from the very beginning by their integrated planning  approach, "says Johannes Plessing from KS Ingenieure, the ÖGNI-Auditor  in charge of Projects.

 

 

 

And this past autumn, at the Munich expo real, the Marina Tower was awarded the DGNB Gold certificate.
