Senior Electrical Engineer & Senior Mechanical Engineer - Riyadh
Our expanding multidisciplinary Riyadh office has senior vacancies to meet the growing demands of our rapidly expanding portfolio of work.

rSenior Electrical Enginee (location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
· Degree qualified with a minimum of 15 years experience
· Ability to design and document electrical services (LV, MV, HV), including electrical power reticulation and distribution systems, lighting design, power standby generator, communications cabling, lightning protection for various new commercial projects, fire and safety
· Experience with Building Information Management (REVIT) software - desirable
· Design experience in major retail and hospitality projects
· Computer literacy in AUTOCAD and Microsoft Office applications
· Experience in coordination with the other multi-discipline project teams
· Ability and experience in technical report writing, client and authority liaison, a must.
Previous Middle East experience and a working knowledge of design and construction practices specific to this region will be considered favorably. A competitive salary will be offered to the suitable candidates based on qualifications, skills and experience.
Senior Mechanical Engineer - Building Services (location Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)
· Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer, ideally Chartered and / or holding a certification in project management, with a minimum 10 years experience and a sound understanding of current mechanical engineering technologies in design, management and delivery of large institutional residential, commercial, or hospitality developments.
· A proven track record of delivering large-scale multidisciplinary sustainable building designs, on time and within budget in a commercial environment - essential.
· Ability to successfully manage your clients and other significant internal and external stakeholders - essential.
· Extensive experience in preparing HVAC investigations and designs, fee proposals, winning jobs and negotiating contracts with your clients - essential.
· Strong technical report writing and documentation skills (English) - essential.
· Extensive experience in using current technology analysis software for heat load calculations and energy modeling - essential.
· Experience with design of tall buildings - desirable.
· Experience with Building Information Management (REVIT) software -desirable.
· Middle East experience - desirable.
· Leadership, time management and communications skills (English written and oral) - essential.
